Joan joined the team in November 2008 after volunteering with the Museum while it was under development.  Joan has many years experience working in a range of roles at BT.  She has a BA in Child and Youth Studies and is now studying towards a BSC in Sustainable development with the University of the Highlands and Islands.  Joan deals with all of our commercial activities such as functions, room hires and events.  She also manages the Museum gift shop.
